The Villas Barrocal, which were inaugurated in 2003, consist of 20 villas (V3) and 20 apartments (T1 and T2). The establishment is located in a quiet and perfect place for those who appreciate tranquillity and peace. However, for those who appreciate the night life entertainment, Albufeira and Portimão are only a few minutes away. The complex is located on the outskirts of the old village of Pêra, with sightseeing tours along the long sandy beach from Armação de Pêra to Praia de Galé. The Salgados golf course is only 5 minutes away. The 40 accommodation units are traditionally furnished, with air conditioning, satellite TV, a telephone and a safe. The kitchens are equipped with a microwave and a toaster. Each town house has an individual car port, a small private garden area and a terrace which is suitable for barbecues. The facilities at Villas Barrocal include a reception which provides all services needed, a large fenced swimming pool with a snack bar and a separate tennis court. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.
