This guest house is situated at the north end of Great Yarmouth, close to the racecourse and beach. Sandy Acres is 200 metres from the seafront, less than 1 mile from the town centre shops and market, and 10 minutes’ walk from the racecourse. There are 10 well-appointed bedrooms, all with en suite or private facilities. All rooms have Freeview TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and an electric fan/central heating (depending on season). There is a varied breakfast menu to choose from. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged GBP 14.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged GBP 28.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
