All rooms are completely non-smoking. All rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. For added comfort, some double rooms have king-size beds. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and towels are provided. Please note that there are no ground floor rooms. All rooms are on the first and second floors. There are 15 stairs to each floor. Please note: as the double and twin rooms have zip and link beds this gives a choice to allow both rooms to be used for 2 single people sharing or for a couple as a king-size bed. Please confirm when making your booking if you would like the room as a twin or a double. |

Breakfast is cooked to order and served between 08:15 and 09:00. Please ask if you require it a little earlier. All dietary needs are catered for, and the kitchen stock a range of vegetarian food, but please advise at the time of booking. Packed lunches and evening meals are available on request. The house does not have a bar or restaurant, but there are plenty to choose from within walking distance. |

Just 5 minutes away from Great Yarmouth’s bustling town centre, this family-run guest house is located on Trafalgar Road, within easy reach of the beach and all the local attractions. If you would like to discover Great Yarmouth’s fascinating history during your stay, there are many museums just a short distance away, and the city of Norwich and the Norfolk Broads National Park are a short drive away. Newly refurbished to a high standard, the Tudor Guest House opened its doors in January 2008. After many years working in the hospitality industry, the owners aim to offer a home-from-home atmosphere to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. There is on-street parking to the front of the house and at a location nearby, within 2 minutes walk of the house. |

Please give an approximate time of arrival when making your booking. The house does not accept single-sex groups or hen or stag parties. Children are not permitted in a room on their own. One-night bookings must be paid in full before arrival. Earlier check-in and later check-out times can be made by prior arrangement, at the owners’ discretion. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 12 to 18 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged GBP 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
