Each bedroom is designed for a calm, relaxing atmosphere and features single or double beds, bedside lighting and spacious fitted mirror wardrobe among other facilities. All requests for extra beds should be made via the booker remarks section at the time of making the reservation and are subject to availability. Please note that the rooms contain sofa beds as an extra bed option. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you would expect as well as dining table, kitchenware and crockery. |

Each apartment receives a breakfast starter pack, consisting of cereal, orange juice, bread, coffee, tea, milk, sugar and butter. There are 2 mini supermarkets just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartments. There is also a Sainsbury’s supermarket just 7 minutes’ walk away, making it easy to stock up on groceries. |

There is a bus stop right outside the complex which will take you into the centre of Edinburgh and to Waverly train station within 7 minutes. There are many bus routes nearby, which can take you across the city. There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket within 5 minutes’ walk of the apartments and there are also 2 local shops right outside Lochend Apartments’ front door. |

When you approach the complex, please enter by taking a right after you see the sign for Bathleham Way. You will see the Lochend Serviced Apartments sign on the grass, pointing to reception, main door 147, door 1. By Air: The apartments are approximately 10 miles (16 km) from Edinburgh Airport. Taxis are readily available from just outside the airport. By Train: The apartments are approximately 2 miles (3.25 km) from Edinburgh Waverley railway station. Taxis are readily available from just outside the station and the journey to the apartments should take about 5 -10 minutes. By Bus: There is a bus stop just 100 metres from the apartments offering convenient transport to the centre of the city. The very heart of the city is about 10 minutes away by bus. By Taxi: The very centre of Edinburgh is about a 5-minute taxi ride from the apartments. |

This exclusive complex of well-equipped apartments is 1.6 miles (10 minutes) from Edinburghs city centre and Waverley Train Station (buses stop right outside). The Lochend Serviced Apartments offer all the amenities you would expect from top-class accommodation and all the privacy of your own home-from-home. Apartments have 1 or 2 large, comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en suite shower room, plus a separate bathroom. Each apartment has a designer kitchen/dining area with integrated appliances and a spacious lounge with feature fireplace and digital TV with free Sky sports and movie channels. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All further older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
