All check-ins take place in our office in 166/1 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1QS. Only then guests receive keys and can go to their apartment. Arrivals after 21:00 are subject to a GBP 25 late check-in fee. Please advise at time of booking an estimated time of arrival. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per stay for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per stay for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available.
