The apartments comprise one or 2 bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. In all our Edinburgh apartments you will find mostly double beds. Some of them, however, also offer twin beds. We provide fresh bed linen and towels in all of them. |

All check-ins take place in our office in 166/1 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1QS. Only then guests receive keys and can go to their apartment. Arrivals after 21:00 are subject to a GBP 20 late check-in fee. Please advise us of an estimated time of arrival at the time of booking. You may be asked for a security deposit. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included.
