We are 10 minutes by bus from central Edinburgh. From Princess Mall(train Station) a taxi will cost approx GBP 5. A bus 12 0r 25 will bring you yards from our door step costing approx 90pence per person travelling. For Airport arrivals, either a airport taxi or airport bus are readily available outside of the airport. Taxi can be an expensive option, however airport buss are very reasonable. We are approx 30 mins from the airport. Travelling from the South - A68 or A702 Travelling from the North - A9 then M90 Travelling from the East - A1 Travelling from the West - M8 Follow signs for Leith we are situated overlooking Leith Links Park. From city centre, Bus and Waverly train station - bus number 12 or 25. From the airport you can take a taxi or the airport bus into the city centre, then a bus or taxi to Leith Links. 5 - 10 minutes from city centre to Leith Links by bus, car or taxi. |

Built in 1980s Edinburgh, this charming Victorian house was originally a sea merchants house and is centrally sistuated only a mile and a half from Edinburgh Castle, Royal Museum of Scotland , the Royal Mile and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. The Royal Yacht brittania is berthed at Leith which is only a ten minute walk away, along with the finest fish restaurants and wine bars, and we will be able to recommend the best restaurants to dine in. | |
