A choice of studio apartments and 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are all available at different locations in the city centre. There are 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments available near the NIA (National Indoor Arena). Parkside Apartments houses 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and is situated at 180 Granville Street, just 100 yards from The Mailbox building. There are also 1 and 2-bedroom apartments available at Cutlass Court, at 26 Granville Street, just 10 metres from Broad Street. 3-bedroom apartments are also available on Branston Street, in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. |

Each apartment is furnished with a dining table, chairs and a coffee table. The kitchens are equipped with toasters, kettles, utensils, crockery, cutlery, a vacuum cleaner, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a spin dryer. Some of the apartments also have dishwashers. The bathroom amenities include bath mats and towels. Clean linen is provided daily and there is a weekly maid service. Docking stations for iPods and MP3 players are available in apartments on request. |

Free tea/coffee is available, whilst soft drinks and bottled water can be provided at an additional cost. These are self-catering apartments and therefore breakfast cannot be provided. |

All of our apartments are located in or very close to the city centre, all within 800 metres (half a mile) of Birmingham New Street Station. The apartments at Townsend Way are just a 2-minute walk from the NIA (National Indoor Arena) and 5-minutes from the ICC (International Convention Centre). Both the NEC and Birmingham International Airport are 20 minutes away by car or train. London can be reached with either a 2-hour drive or a 90-minute train journey. Manchester is just a 90-minute drive away. Please note the map shows the location of the Townsend Way apartments. George Street apartments are a 5-minute walk away and Branston Street is a 10-15 minute walk from here. |

You need to call one hour before arrival (on the phone number provided on your confirmation email) so we can arrange to meet and greet you. A GBP 250 security deposit is authorised on your card to cover any loss or damage to the apartment. Please note the map location shown is of the Townsend Way apartments. Your accommodation may not necessarily be here. You could be allocated an apartment on either George Street (a 5-minute walk away) or Branston Street (a 10 or 15-minute walk away). You will be contacted after making your reservation with details of you allocated property. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
