Market Rise Apartments are located on the former city cattle market site, now the leisure destination in Cambridge with a music and theatre venue, cinema, ten-pin bowling complex, gym and many restaurants. |

You must call the arrivals coordinator when you are 30 minutes from Cambridge on the number provided on your booking confirmation to arrange key collection. Please note that the apartments do not have a reception. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
