Base Serviced Apartments are just off the A57 Mancunian Way in Castlefield. By Car: - From the end of the M602, follow the signs straight for Manchester city centre and keep going until the A56/Deansgate/Mancunian Way junction (you will see a sign for Old Trafford). - If you look to your right before this junction, you will see a large pod on legs with Urban Splash written on it. - Take the exit and go right round the roundabout and back onto Mancunian Way, passing the church on your left. - Immediately take the tight left turn just past the church. - Take the 1st turning on the right onto Arundel Street. Park at the side of the road and collect your keys from the manager, who will be waiting for you. He will show you to your parking space and then to your apartment. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
