By Car (from the A3022): - Come into Torquay on the A3022 and filter right at Torre Station/Halfords into Avenue Road (signposted Seafront). - Villa Marina is situated 250 metres away on the left. - You will find the main entrance and car park via Rillage Lane. By Rail: - First Great Western and Virgin Trains operate to Torquay on a regular basis from across the UK. Torre Station is only a 5-minute walk away from Villa Marina. Torquay Mainline Station is 5-minutes by car or a 15-20 minute walk. By Coach: - National Coach Express travels to Torquay from many areas of the UK and the coach station is only 1/2 mile away. By Air: - The nearest airport is Exeter, which is 25 miles away. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
