Debit cards however can be accepted at the hotel for payment. Groups: Any bookings made for 5 rooms or more are subject to our group policy. A deposit prior to arrival is required. Please contact the hotel to arrange this and ensure that your bookings are secured. Should a deposit not be received your reservation may be cancelled. Upon check-in, an additional GBP 50 refundable, damage deposit will also be taken. It is applicable per room booked and is taken by cash or accepted forms of credit/debit card for payment. Weekend Bookings: Weekend bookings (arrivals on Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights) are subject to a GBP 50 damage deposit payable direct to hotel on arrival. This deposit will be refunded on departure. New Years Eve Bookings Those staying on New Years Eve are advised that a GBP 75 damage deposit is applicable to be paid direct to the hotel on arrival. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
