By Car - Leave the M6 at junction 36 and take the A590 for Barrow-in-Furness. - After 3 miles, the A590 bears off to the left. - Take the first left at the roundabout and continue along the dual carriageway to the next roundabout. - Bear left onto the B5277 to Lindale. - Turn left in Lindale for Grange-over-Sands. - After passing the railway station to the left, turn left at the 1st mini-roundabout. - At the 2nd mini-roundabout at the top of Main Street bear left along the Esplanade. - Take the 4th road to the right which is almost opposite the fire station. - About 50 yards up Fernhill Road, turn left to Graythwaite Manor, which is clearly signposted. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 16 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
