| The Central Hotel is located in Cheltenham town centre and has 20 rooms in total, 15 with full en suite facilities. Our rooms are available on a room only basis, with each room having self-catering facilities. We are excellently placed for high street shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife and act as a good base for tourism. We are also ideally located for Cheltenham town hall and Cheltenham Racecourse events. |

| We have 20 rooms in total: 15 with full en suite facilities 3 with only shower/basin to room 2 which share a toilet. All rooms are fully serviced, facilities including TV and DVD player, full size fridge, combi microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. |

| Unfortuantely we do not have a communal eating area as we are a Self Catering Hotel. However we do have Combi Microwave, Kettle and a Full Size Fridge to each room. | ||||

| We are located in the Town Centre. Within easy reach of all restaurants, bars and cafes. Local attractions Prinknash Abbey (5Km) - Prinknash Abbey is the home of the Benedictine Roman Catholic Community which welcomes you onto its grounds. We hope that you will learn more about monastic life during your visit. To include prinknash pottery Sudeley Castle (16Km) - Once the property of King Ethelred the unready, later home to Queen Katherine Parr and garrison headquarters of Prince Rupert, during the Civil War. The Castle houses an impressive collection of furniture and paintings. Cotswold Farm Park (20Km) - The home of Rare Breed Conservation Over 50 breading flocks and herds of our rarest British farm animals on the top of the cotswolds. Pets Corner, Touch Barn, Adventure Playground. Lambing, Shearing and other seasonal demonstrations. The Model Village (40Km) - A model of the actual village built of Cotswold stone to 1/9 scale in 1937. The River Windrush flows under Bourtons famous Bridges. The Beeches, Cherries and Chestnuts are all in miniature. The music in the churches and of course a model of the model. |

| Cheltenham is well serviced by Public transport. By Car:- Cheltenham is easily reached from the M4 & M5 motorways, and is crossed by both the A46 and the A40. From the M4:- Leave the motorway at junction 15 (signposted Swindon), and follow the A417/A419 to Cheltenham. At the Air Balloon Inn roundabout just outside Cheltenham, take the second exit down the hill and follow the road all the way into the town centre. After about 4 miles, follow the road down and left onto Oriel Road and the one-way system(two turns after the Eagle Star tower). Follow the inner ring signs over the promenade and right past Pizza Hut and Boots. Just after the road bends to the right turn left onto Portland Street and you will see Central Hotel almost immediadtely on your right. From the M5(North):- Leave at junction 10 and follow the A40119 for about 3 miles into the town centre, following the one way system along the high street, onto Clarence Street and past Pizza Hut and Boots. Just after the road bends to the right turn left onto Portland Street and you will see Central Hotel almost immediately on your right. From the M5(South):- Leave at junction 11a and follow the A417 to the junction with the A46(signposted Cheltenham). Follow the A46 for about 2 miles until you reach a roundabout, and turn left for Cheltenham. After the Eagle Star tower, follow the road down and to the second left onto Oriel Road and the one way system. Follow the inner ring signs over the Promenade and righth past the bus station. At the traffic lights, follow the one way system right and past Pizza Hut and Boots. Just after the road bends to the right turn left onto Portland Street and you will see Central Hotel almost immediately on your right. By Train:- The stayion is a twenty minute walk or a short bus or taxi ride from Central Hotel and the town centre. Take buses F or G to the town centre, or get a taxi outside the main entrance. If walking, leave by the main entrance and turn right as you leave the car park onto Queens Road. At the junction with Lansdown Road and the Texaco petrol station, take a very slight left and follow Lansdown Road for about 600 yards until reach a large roundabout. Turn left down Montpellier Walk, which leads into Promenade. Walk down the Promenade past the shops and over the pedestrianised section at Cavendish House, and follow the high street around to your right. Take the first left after Boots and cross the road to reach Portland Street, with Central Hotel on your right. If you get the bus from the station, get off F or G on the High Street just after Tesco Metro. Follow the high street and turn left onto North Street. Follow the road to the right and take the next left onto Portland Street - Central Hoel is immediately on your right. By Bus:- National bus services will arrive at the Royal Wells bus station, about five minutes walk from the hotel. Turn left out of the bus station, and then right at the traffic lights onto Clarence Street. Follow the road past Boots and around o the right, and take the next left onto Portland Street, with central Hotel immediately on your right. |

| Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
