TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION 1. The Purchaser shall notify the extent or cancellation of the ordered services always in writing. The Hotel shall be obliged to confirm any notice of cancellation in writing. If the extent or cancellation of the ordered services is notified through telephone, this must be subsequently confirmed in writing. 2. The Purchaser has the right to cancel the stay without the cancellation fee in the following cancellation terms: • 24 hours before the stay begins in case that the number of cancelled guests does not exceed three persons; • 3 days before the stay begins in case that the number of cancelled guests is from four to nine persons; • 7 days before the stay begins i case that the number of cancelled guests is from ten to fourteen persons; • 15 days before the stay begins in case that the number of cancelled guests is from fifteen to twenty-five persons; • 30 days before the stay begins in case that the number of cancelled guests is twenty-six to thirty • 60 days before the stay begins in case that the number of cancelled guests is thirty-one and / or over 3. In the case when any order is cancelled after the above cancellation deadline, the Hotel shall be entitled to charge the following cancellation fee: - 100 % of the price for the ordered accommodation and other ordered services. 4. If the Order Party can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Hotel that its client was not able to use the ordered services due to serious reasons (illness, dead of a family member, natural disaster, catastrophe, calamity, etc.), the Hotel is entitled to charge the cancellation fee in the amount 50% as a maximum. 5. “No show†In the case of “no show†the Hotel shall be entitled to charge the full price for the first night. In the case of a few-day stay the Hotel shall be obliged to contact the Order Party on the next day and the Order Party shall decide whether to keep rooms booked or to cancel the booking. 6. In the case when the Order Party cancels the booking the above terms and conditions of cancellation shall apply for the rest of the ordered days of the stay. If the Order Party keeps the booking, the Hotel shall be entitle to charge the full price for the ordered rooms (or services). The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
