Executive chef, Shane Coyle offers a wide range of international cuisine on an à la carte menu and there is a traditional daily Irish carvery buffet. A childrens menu and an early bird menu are also available. Breakfast is served daily from 07:30 to 10:30, and lunch is served every day from 12:30 to 15:00. Dinner is served daily from 18:30 to 21:15. Oscars Bar & Outdoor Lounge offers an extensive bar-food menu and early bird menu, served in a more casual setting.
