The hotel is only 3 doors from The South Pier and main seafront. The Blackpool Pleasure Beach is within 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Enjoy the Pleasure Beachs new Infusion ride (the world’s first looping roller-coaster suspended completely over water), not forgetting the Pepsi Max and Sandcastle Waterworld. The Grosvenor Casino is at the top of the road and there are plenty of gift shops nearby. The hotel is also just a short tram ride/drive away from Blackpool Tower, Blackpool Zoo and the town centre. |

If any children are included in your booking, you must state their age, along with your time of arrival, on the booking form. We accept children up to age 11. Those aged 12 and over are classed as an adult. Only 2 night minimum stays are permitted from 1 July to November (weekends only), including public bank holidays and October half-term. Parking can be arranged with a local lockup car park, which is located at the top of Station Road. Prices can be provided on request and spaces need to be reserved with accommodation. Please note that there is a GBP 2 charge on all credit/debit card transactions. The balance needs to be paid on arrival at the hotel. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per stay for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
