Built in 2006 these stylish apartments have lift access to all levels and secure entry phone system as well as secure parking for over 100 cars. All of our apartments have 2 comfortable bedrooms which can be arranged as twins or doubles on request, with all linen and towels provided. The apartments have 2 private bathrooms with powerful showers and bath. Our fully fitted kitchens include utensils, toaster, oven, microwave and washing machine. A welcome pack is also provided on arrival consisting of cereal, milk, tea and coffee. Spacious and stylish living spaces with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, comfy beds, luxurious bath and a powerful shower: all apartments have two bathrooms. Some of the photos of Harbour Apartments are examples of our show flat. Views out into the Harbour,River Forth and City of Edinburgh WIFI internet and phone lines are in all apartments. Complimentary Spa and Sports facilities next door: 12 tennis courts / 4 squash courts/ Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools. |

By Shuttle Bus: Guest can take advantage of our complimentary shuttle bus. The shuttle bus departs from 6 Queen Street and will take you to the Harbour Apartments reception for check-in. By Car (from the City Centre): - From Waverly Station Bridge, cross diagonally right over Princes Street onto South St Andrew Street. - Take a left onto St Andrew Square and then take the 1st right. - Follow St Andrew Square down take the 2nd right onto Queen Street. - From Queen Street head along to York Place. - At the traffic signals continue forward until you reach Picardy Place roundabout. - Turn left (1st exit) at the roundabout and head down past The Edinburgh Playhouse (on your right) until you reach another roundabout. - Go straight over the roundabout (1st exit) and follow Leith Walk until the road forks. At these traffic signals turn left onto Great Junction Street. - Take the 2nd left onto Lindsay Road. - Follow the road until you reach a roundabout and take the 2nd exit, following signs for ‘The Western Harbour Development’, ‘The Element’ and ‘The Next Generation Gym’. - Follow this road until you reach the final block. Reception is on the ground floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys. By Public Transport: From the airport: The airport bus departs every 15 minutes. Guests must disembark at the Waverly Bridge terminus (opposite Waverly Station). |

Credit card charges: Master Card and Visa: 1.5%, Amex: 3.5%. There is no charge for payments made by debit cards. Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Reception is on the ground floor of block C. This is where you check-in and pick up your keys Check-out time is 10:00. Late checkouts can be arranged prior to arrival or with the concierge at check-in. We do also offer a luggage storage facility before and after check-out. Apartments will be serviced and fresh linen and towels provided once a week. Additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
