Please read before booking: There is no reception desk at the apartments allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and independence during your stay. Once you have received your confirmation email you will be contacted by phone with automatic check-in instructions for your apartment and a contact number for during your stay. You will be contacted by the hotel and will be required to give an additional credit card deposit before your arrival for weekend or Christmas bookings which is refundable within 14 days of your departure. Please provide a 24-hour contact telephone number at the time of booking. SACO require payment in full prior to guests arrival at the apartments. Please that note full payment will be taken from your credit card prior to arrival. Payment by Amex or Diners card is subject to a non-refundable 3% transaction fee. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed. |
