A comfy, family-run guest house in the heart of Newquay, with great food, warm hospitality and outstanding sea views of the North Cornish Coast. Lynton Guest House overlooks the Killacourt, an open, grassy area by Towan Beach. You can see the coastline stretching to Trevose Head near Padstow, 12 miles away. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished with shaver points and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some rooms are en suite and have a colour TV. The guest house has a ‘3-star guest house’ rating from Visit Britain. A 2-night minimum stay is required. Only weekly bookings (from Saturday to Saturday) are taken between 1 July and 7 September. Short breaks are available in the early and late seasons. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
