By Car - Exit the M5 at junction 30 and head to Exeter. Follow signs to the city centre. - Proceed along the dual carriageway. - Take the 3rd exit off and proceed to the traffic-controlled roundabout. - Take the 3rd exit onto the A3015 Topsham Road, towards the city centre. - Buckerell Lodge is on the right, one mile further on, just past the 5th set of traffic lights. By Rail: St Davids station is 2 miles away. By Air Exeter Airport is 5 miles away. |

There are plenty of historic buildings to visit in the region, including the citys famous cathedral. Powderham Castle, one of Britains best-known stately homes, is nearby and there are several National Trust properties in the vicinity, including Castle Drogo and Killerton House and Gardens, as well as the Crealy Par, ideal for families or the Bicton Park and Knightshayes Court.
