Please note that guests staying for 2 nights or more receive free unlimited use of Parklands Country Club: the leisure facilities indicated as available are at Parklands, with windsurfing and other water-sports available at the lake. Although Cambridge House is in a town centre location, 5-minutes in either direction bring you to heart-stopping beauty and breathtaking views. Though the guest house does not have a car park, parking permits for safe on-road parking can be provided (subject to availability). |

By car: Take M6 junction 36 and follow the signs for Kendal then Windermere. At Windermere turn left (signposted Town Centre) and follow the one-way system through the town. Oak Street is the second left turn after the Post Office off this road. By rail: Turn left from the station to the Tourist Information Centre and keep left passing the Elleray Hotel, the Queens Hotel and Barclays Bank. Oak Street is the second left turn just after the Post Office. By Coach: National Express coaches stop at the Tourist Information Centre. | |

Although Cambridge House does not have a car park, parking is available on the road. |

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 5 years are welcome. Extra beds are not available. One child under 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Baby cots are not available. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
