You can also enjoy live music at weekends. Crokers restaurant combines traditional Irish and European cuisine, using local produce from Waterford and the surrounding area. With attractive menus; friendly, attentive service; and an extensive wine list, you will have an enjoyable dining experience in an intimate setting. Dining Times: Breakfast is served from 07:00 until 10:00 (Monday to Friday) and until 10:30 (Saturday and Sunday). Bar food is available from 12:00 until 21:00 daily. Due the the smoking ban implemented in Ireland in 2004, there is a no-smoking policy in the main areas of the hotel. We do however, have a limited number of smoking rooms.
