On the outskirts of the town of Amboise, Le Choiseul is composed of three residences (18th century), which rooms have a view over the gardens and the Loire. In the restaurant, overlooking the river or the gardens, the cuisine is light, delicate and with subtle local influences, and has won recommendations in the guides. Heated outdoor swimming pool (open from 1st May to 30th September). Our cellar holds more than 15,000 bottles. The Loire region is well represented, but you can also find Pétrus and Richebourg. |
