The air-conditioned apartments are very comfortable (60 m²) with 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchen and a terrace. The bedrooms feature double, twin beds or bunk beds (in one of the 2 rooms), depending upon availability. From 15 May to 15 September the apartments are rented on a weekly basis with arrival/departure on Sunday. During low season there is a minimum stay of 3 nights applicable. Bedlinen, towels, water and electricity are included in the room rate. Breakfast and cleaning is not included. |

The apartments Villa Rosetta are near the Villa Rosetta hotel, where chargeable extra services such as breakfast, an internet point, money exchange and bike rental are provided and an à-la-carte restaurant and a bar offer you culinary delights and a wide range or drinks. The area provides several sport and leisure facilities like tennis courts and biking and riding paths and is as a whole well-known for its great food. |

The cancellation policy define that you can cancell your reservation up to 15 days before your coming without charge. Later cancellations or No show will be charged 100%. The policy of the residence Villa Rosetta defines an advance payment of 30% to fix the reservation, special period will be requested 100 % of prepayd charging ( July- August) The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |

There is no special prices for children, the rate is for the apartment for a maximum of 4 persons in each apartment. Baby coat could be request at the reservation and has a cost of 10 eur per day. The touristic taxes are free for children under 12 years old. |
