Consumption of water, electricity and heating are measured with individual meters. Only personal consumption will be charged. A deposit is to be paid and will be refunded upon departure, after deduction of your consumption. At departure you can choose whether to clean the apartment yourself or have it cleaned for you at an additional cost. After each departure the apartment is checked and cleaned thoroughly for the comfort of the next guest. Baby cots are available on request for children under the age of 3 at a small supplement per night. All taxes are included, except for insurance. |
