Our complex has no bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you can prepare your own meals. Within walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars that offer very good quality at very reasonable prices. |

You have a choice of either a fully equipped budget flat or a student flat with basic furniture. Every flat has its own equipped kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years. Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
