The restaurant is tastefully designed using modern materials that contrast beautifully with the structural elements from the sixties. The sliding windows of the restaurant look out over a 50-acre garden with views over meadows and the old hedge of laurel and mountain ash that are a favourite spot for birds from the nearby castle grounds. In the morning a full breakfast awaits you and in the evening, Daniela conjures up three or five course dinners in the open kitchen. In a previous life Koen and Daniela had a fish business/restaurant in Genk. The cuisine is strongly influenced by the sea as well as Daniela’s Italian roots. Ultra fresh fish and seafood are enhanced with the typical flavours of central Italian cuisine. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
