All flats have a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing stand and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave The flats are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hear-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy,... feel yourself home away from home and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available. |

Our complex has no own bar or resto, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself. On walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices. At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks. |

Comfortable and homely furnished flats ideally located in the centre of Leuven. Situated in a renovated factory, each flat is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The 106 flats each have: a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, living area with TV and in most, a seperate sleeping area. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
