We also run a restaurant serving local food . We have a beer garden; in summer you can have dinner outside. We also offer half board for our hotel guests. We offer dinner at EUR 20.00 per person per night. Specialities are spare ribs special BBQ , the chefs fish pan and ham shank with mustard sauce . We serve local beers and foreign wines . Breakfast is served from 8.30. |

Hotel de Pauw is a small family hotel with only 8 rooms. The hotel is situated around the St.-Gillischurch in the city centre of Brugge. All rooms have a private bathroom and all facilities. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of the market square. We also run a restaurant; you can have dinner a la carte, or for the hotel guests we serve a set menu. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
