Our hotel is located in the city centre and is within walking distance of all of Malmös attractions. In this historical building, dating back to 1888, StayAT has found a perfect location for its latest flexible and versatile apartment hotel concept. Featuring 60 studios and 8 two-room apartments all renovated in 2004, both hotel and extended staying guests will find comfort and hospitality. Please note we do not accept bookings for more than 5 rooms. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged SEK 160.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged SEK 195.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
