St. Julians Tower (500 metres) - this 16th century tower was built by the Knights of St. John. Fort Tigne (1.1 km) - built in 1792, this diamond shaped fort was the last of the islands defenses to be built. |

From Sliema Ferry Terminal (800 metres): Head away from the sea toward the Foreign Exchange and turn left onto Triq Manwel Dimech. Take the 3rd right onto Triq Santa Marija and follow it to the end. This will bring you to Triq Rodolfu and you will find the Imperial Hotel immediately on your left. By Bus: If taking the service from Valletta, there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel. |
