Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 60.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child under 12 years is charged ZAR 150.00 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included.
