The city center is approximately 1500 mt away and there is a bus stop 10 mt from the residence, the buses pass every 30 min, approximately. The sea is 50 mt away with a fine sandy beach, which extends for about 7 km. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
