		In 1855 the owner’s family built the buildings which encircle the courtyard as homes and lofts for painters and sculptors. There is even a commemorative etching that reads Studi Di Pittura e Scultura (Painting and Sculpture Studios) located on the façade of the main building.

		All suites have a special extra touch: they are equipped with king beds and a single sofa bed for a third person, Nespresso coffee machine and designer bed linen and towels by Frette. They also offer separate bathtub and shower or double sinks. All suites are soundproofed, furnished with a table and chairs and are decorated with a minimalist design and beautiful old elm parquet floors. The Studio Suite is equipped with a wet bar.
