The 14-storey building has three lifts that take you to the spacious apartments of one or 2 rooms. All apartments boast views of the beach. When you enter the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100. This deposit acts as cover against any damage. The deposit is returnable on the day of departure, once all has been checked and confirmed as being in order. The reception opening hours are 9:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. The caretaker is on duty from 19:00 to 02:00. |

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if cancelled, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
