On arrival day you can collect the keys from 15:00 to 18:00 at Beatrix Reception. Later arrival must be agreed with us. Otherwise EUR 50 will be charged as supplement. Heating/air conditioning are not included and must be requested in advance. Linen can be rented on place against surcharge. On departure, guests are recommended to not leave garbages in the apartment, to switch off the fridge and to wash the dishes. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
