Please note that Residence Beatrix only accepts arrivals and departures on Wednesday and Saturday, with corresponding 3 or 4-night minimum stays applied. |

On arrival you must collect your keys from 15:00 to 18:00 at Beatrix Residences reception. Any arrivals after 18:00 must be arranged with the hotel or a EUR 50 charge will be applied. Heating/air conditioning is not included and must be requested in advance. Air conditioning costs approximately EUR 50 per week. Linen can be rented on site for an additional fee. Prior to departure you are expected to dispose of rubbish, wash your dishes and turn off the fridge. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
