If the reception is closed upon arrival, then please make your way to the Café-Bistro Woods (until 22.00 hours) where check-in can be arranged. After 22.00 hours your key will be held at the night porter boxes at the reception. For departures before 09.00 hours, you can leave your key at the reception in the deposit box. The operator can be contacted on the emergency telephone at reception. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 3.75 per night and person in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
