The reception is situated in the same building. Apartments can be entered between 17:00 to 21:00. If you enter the apartments between 21:00 to 00:00 you must pay a supplementary charge of EUR 12 for every hour that passes. If you are scheduled to arrive after 00:00 you must pre-arrange your arrival directly with the establishment Upon arrival you must put down a deposit of EUR 120 in cash as security against any possibles damages sustained on the apartment during your stay. It is returnable upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been approved. Payment Information: once the reservation is made, the hotel will contact in order to obtain bank details to transfer the 25% deposit required to guarantee the reservation. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
