These independent apartments are located in a quiet street in the centre of the lively coastal town of Sitges, to the south of Barcelona. The apartments do not have their own reception desk. Check-in should be carried out at the Hotel Montserrat, 50 metres away at 27 Calle Espalter. A breakage deposit of EUR 100 per apartment is payable at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
