All guests must check-in at the Dianes Holidays office at Calle Pintada, 67, in Nerja’s town centre (underground parking is available 300 metres away). Check-in is available between 17.00 and 20.00. Guests who anticipate arriving after this time should contact the office prior to travel. On the departure day guests must return the apartment keys to the office before 10.00. The Hotel doesn’t accept American Express like a payment method. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child from 0 to 2 years is charged EUR 3.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child from 0 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged EUR 4.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
