From city centre, bus station and railway station: Take bus 3 (until 21:00) and get off at Colonna di San Marco, 100 metres from the hotel. If you use GPS, be careful - Via Massetana, 70, the hotels address is often not recognized. Try Strada Massetana, 70 but never follow directions to Massetana Est as this is 10km from Siena and nothing to do with the hotel. |

Located in a peaceful, green area walking distance from Siena town centre, Hotel San Marco was built in 2004. Enjoy the hotel’s modern services and clean, functional design. Well-located close to the motorway and offering free parking, the San Marco is a great option for those coming by car, as parts of medieval Siena are closed to traffic. Siena itself is easy to reach both on foot and by bus. Public buses leave from nearby the hotel every 15 minutes and staff at the 24-hour reception will be pleased to provide you with tickets, as well as tourist advice. Close to the San Marco you will find all you need – supermarkets, shops, banks and cafés as well as numerous well-recommended restaurants serving Tuscan specialities.
