VI Spring Mattresses are hand-made and have been styled exactly to the hotels specifications. They are regarded as the benchmark of quality against which all other brands are judged. The Lobster Pot Restaurant enjoys magnificent views of Galway Bay from 3 perspectives, which enhances the restaurants light and tranquil character.
