The apartments are situated in a well looked after area of Son Xoriguer that boasts quality beaches, ideal for family holidays. The complex is located on the south coast of the island and has expansive gardens, a swimming pool suitable for all ages, children’s play area and a nursery. The apartment studios are all externally facing and spacious and permit you to enjoy your holidays in absolute privacy. “La Cala de Son Xoriguer” and “Cala’n Bosch” are sites of outstanding natural beauty. A visit to the ancient city of Ciudadela is an absolute must, a place of great cultural heritage that breathes history from its every nook and cranny. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.
