Each apartment includes: A kitchen equipped with all complementary facilities; small laundry room with washing machine and an ironing board and iron. In the lounge there is a sofa-bed for two people. The bedroom can be equipped with a double or two individual beds. Bed linen and towels are included. |

This popular apartment building is located in Playa de Levante and boasts a wealth of shops, restaurants and bars close by. The complex enjoys one of the best locations in Benidorm and is the perfect place for a stay in summer. It is equipped with three swimming pools, paddle and lawn bowling courts, children’s play area and fantastic gardens. The apartments have one bedroom but are equipped to hold up to four people. For reservations of less than 7 days there is a supplement not included in the final booking price (consult “Important Information” for more details). |

For bookings of less than 7 days, a EUR 45 supplement will be charged. This supplement is not included in the final reservation price. Arrivals: In the absence of a reception service, you are therefore required to specify your estimated arrival time (in the booking details or by telephone once the reservation has been finalised). It is also advisable that you call 30 minutes prior to you arrival in Benidorm. Deposit: Upon entrance in the apartments you must put down a deposit of EUR 100 to cover any possible damages incurred during your stay. The deposit is returnable on the day of your departure, provided the apartment is in the same condition as when you arrived. The hotel does not accept American Express as a payment method. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
