The center provides a glimpse of Siciliys artistic and cultural heritage as well as museums, restaurants primarily of Sicilian cuisine, bakeries, coffee bars, wine bars and many shops. The residence is 100 m from the sea and here you will also find private charter clubs. At 3 km south there are sandy beaches, free or equipped, whereas north of the city you can find the natural reserve The Stagnone and its islands. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 4. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
