These apartments are located in the district of L’Eixample, to the right in the old city, next to the Sagrada Familia. The modernist building that houses the apartments has been recently reformed and refurbished to include a lift and so as to provide all the comforts to make your stay a pleasant one. Comprising three double bedrooms, the apartments can hold up to eight people and are a good choice for family stays. The Sagrada Familia area is perfectly connected to the old city. This world heritage site area boasts a large number of bars, many with terraces along Avenida Gaudí, leading to Hospital de Sant Pau. |

Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel located on Carrer Pau Claris, 145 to collect the keys to their apartment, along with directions and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a 300 Euro security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically canceled after verifying the apartments condition. Cleaning service is not included in the price. There is an additional cleaning charge of EUR 50. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
