Guests must contact apartment administration prior to arriving at the apartments with a confirmed time of arrival. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Barcelona Boutique Hotel located on Carrer Pau Claris, 145 to collect the keys to their apartment, along with directions and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro. At check-in, there will be a 300 Euro security deposit charge by credit card pre-authorization, which will be automatically canceled after verifying the apartments condition. Cleaning service is not included in the price. There is an additional cleaning charge of EUR 50. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
