		Ideally located in the popular beach town, De Koog, on the largest of the Wadden islands, this modern 3-star hotel is a welcome retreat. Offering a selection of rooms from cosy doubles to spacious 4-person suites, this is also the ideal accommodation for families and groups. With a cosy sitting area and small kitchenette, the suites are inviting spaces to relax after a day of exertion. The private terrace or balcony and royal bathrooms are added luxuries intended to make your stay a comfortable one. With the woods and dunes just a 10 minute walk away, and the beach just past that, the beautiful surroundings offer a variety of excursions. From the beachcombers’ museum to quaint coastal towns, this island has something for everyone.

		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 4 to 7 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
