Elegance and warmth come together in the inviting atmosphere of this Bed & Breakfast in the heart of the Eixample district of Barcelona. Housed in a 19th century building that has been carefully restored, adding comfort and spaciousness, but at the same time conserving the atmosphere and charm of the era. Rooms are classically decorated with high, coffered ceilings. Some rooms have private bathrooms while others can share the bathrooms situated in the hallway. Communal spaces include a large living room with open fireplace, an open space with comfortable sofas, and a gardened terrace, breakfast is served at both locations. This is a place to feel at home, it is also only a few metres from Passeig de Gracia with its modernist monuments and very near to Plaça Catalunya, the nerve centre of the city, and therefore perfectly communicated by metro and autobuses. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.00 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
